ABOUT USOur original company was established in 1998, but then went through a major restructure and renaming to Family Memories and More in 2005. We began nearly a decade ago with marketing and web design (with occasional personalized products), but as we saw the demand for customized gifts and keepsakes increase, we shifted our focus to retail customers and their needs.
We offer in-home and on-location photography services in Central Ohio. We have found that this service has been very convenient especially for people who have children, since it can be difficult and inconvenient to take your family to a commercial strip mall to have pictures taken. Family, pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, and pet photography are all specialties.
Back in the "good old days", as my mother would say, the photographers always came to your home for family portraits. How nice it was not gathering children together, getting them dressed up, then trying to drag them to an impersonal strip mall photo studio still clean and happy! You usually cannot take your pets to the studios either. Pregnant? When I was pregnant with my last daughter, I wanted maternity photos taken, however I did NOT feel like driving 30 miles away and being in "someone elses" place to take these special photographs. I thought that it would be so convenient if someone could come to my house, bring some candles and other props, and make a great keepsake for my unborn child. There was simply no one able to do that.
