REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS:

From time to time, we like to use customers finished photos in our portfolio. Unless we receive a request in writing (via email or other), you agree that your images can be used. Childbirth photographs will be submitted for your approval, due to the intimate nature of the subject matter.

Please let us know if you do not want to permit your images used on our site or in promotional materials.

 

Regarding our products: After we receive your request for our products or services, you will receive an email response back within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday). This response will include any questions we may have about your order.

If ordering multiple items (i.e., a collage and a t-shirt) and using different images for each design, please specify which images are for which item in the comments section of the order form.

Within 72 hours of the receipt of your order, Family Memories and More will prepare several proofs for your review. You may select any of the designs, combine elements of the designs, or make any changes you desire. We will then send you a "final" proof for your approval. If you are requesting hard copies mailed, they will be sent within 24 hours of your approval and payment.

Upon your final approval of your design, payment must be received prior to shipment. If scheduling a photography session, sitting fee must be remitted upon scheduling the appointment.

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through PayPal and via phone/fax (call for order form if faxing). YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE (OR EVEN SIGN UP FOR) A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY VIA CHARGE CARD. For photo sessions, we accept checks, money orders, or cash. An Invoice will be emailed to you when your product is ready to be sent if you had not paid prior to design.
